Refund policy
We hope you love the online purchase. However we understand sometimes the items may not satisfy your requirements. We're happy to offer you an exchange, full refund or a 105% store credit (excluding the shipping cost) on full priced items, as long as the return meets our below requirements.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, you’ll need to return your item to our warehouse based in United Arab Emirates.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, in original condition with tags still attached. The item must be unworn without any sign of odour or makeup/fake tan. Please note, customers (including International customers) are responsible for the return shipping cost, tracking information and safety. Please ensure the item is folded neatly when returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, items not in perfect condition, items without a tag still attached.
Gift cards.
Discounted items (excluding the newsletter sign up discount code).
Items not purchased directly via our Website.
Items damaged during wear such as pulls, marks and excessive pilling due to abrasive friction.
Frequent returns will be flagged in our system. If we notice the Returns Policy is being abused, future orders will be cancelled and returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
